When your credit balance reaches zero, your active campaigns are automatically paused by the platform. Creators can no longer generate billable clicks, however visitors who click on previously shared links will still be redirected to your destination URL. You will receive an in-app notification as soon as a campaign is paused due to insufficient credits. To resume your campaigns, simply top up your credit balance from the Billing section, or upgrade your plan. Your campaigns will need to be manually reactivated after a top-up.
